Turn your real estate portfolio into a passport for freedom, connection, and a life you don’t need a vacation from.

This conference is packed with smart strategies for generating income through real estate. Liza Rogers focuses on what comes next, how to turn that income into freedom, connection, and a life well lived.

An experienced community builder with over 30 years in global tourism, event production, and real estate investing, Liza brings a long-game perspective to wealth. As the Founder of WREN (Women’s Real Estate Network) and an Amazon best-selling author, she works with investors who have moved beyond “more deals” and are now asking better questions.

Liza is the creator of the “Buy a Village” movement, using co-ownership, co-living, and intentional community to transform cash-flowing assets into part-time homes, modern retirement options, and global villages in sunny destinations around the world. Her work bridges income strategy with lifestyle design, helping investors convert monthly revenue into mobility, belonging, and optionality.

If you’re building wealth through real estate and wondering how to design the next chapter, where income supports freedom instead of obligation, Liza’s session will expand what’s possible.

Andrew has been investing in real estate since the early 1990s, building extensive experience across multiple asset classes including commercial office, retail, recreational properties, and large-scale development projects. Throughout his career, he has acquired, developed, rezoned, and stratified numerous properties, creating a diversified international portfolio spanning Portugal, Spain, Mexico, Panama, Canada, and the United States.

A key component of Andrew’s investing strategy has been the strategic use of leverage. Over the years, he has developed and refined several techniques that help investors maximize capital efficiency and increase property performance. Most recently, Andrew has created an innovative approach that significantly increases real estate cash flow by combining equity leverage with RMS/dividend investing strategies.

At the conference, Andrew will share these practical leverage and cash-flow optimization techniques with attendees.

In addition to his investing career, Andrew is currently semi-retired from his medical practice in British Columbia, Canada. His focus in the coming years includes continued real estate development projects in Moab, Utah; Baja California Sur, Mexico; and British Columbia.

Andrew also plans to spend winters in Cabo San Lucas, where he will treat pain and musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, establish an outreach pain clinic for economically challenged local residents, and teach annual MSK medical seminars each February.

When he’s not working on development or medical projects, Andrew enjoys traveling the world with his wife.

Sua Truong is a commercial financing strategist and global real estate investor with over 20 years of experience structuring capital for complex and non-traditional real estate projects. He has advised on financing across multifamily, hospitality resorts, mixed-use developments, student housing, and special-purpose assets, with a reputation for understanding how lenders truly assess risk—and why many deals fail long before approval.

Known for his contrarian perspective, Sua challenges traditional residential real estate assumptions in markets facing regulatory uncertainty and weakened property rights. His focus is on commercial niches with durable demand, as capital becomes increasingly mobile in an AI-driven, remote-work economy.

Following the successful completion of international resort developments, Sua is now involved in experience-driven commercial projects across Southeast Asia. His core thesis is simple: capital follows clarity, and investors who understand financing psychology—not hype—will control the next decade of opportunity.

Learn:

  • Why deals fail before they reach a lender
  • Why projects fail and how you can prevent those failures
  • Why there’s more risk in matured markets (North America/Euro etc) than developing markets. What’s the risk and rewards comparison?

Wade’s entrepreneurial journey began before Grade 3 when he convinced his father to help him buy a bright yellow hot-rod wagon. His Dad agreed on one condition; Wade had to pay for half of it. So, with a $5 loan for start-up capital, and a simple idea, Wade went off knocking on doors offering to buy empty bottles from their neighbors at 50% of their deposit value then hauling them to the depot to double his money.

And just like that another creative entrepreneur was born.

Then, in 1995, while working on a high-rise construction project, Wade suffered a seizure that cost him his driver’s license—and soon after, his job. Rather than cry about it, he relocated from Vancouver to Calgary, bought a bicycle, and began flipping houses. With relentless determination, and a big grin on his face, he flipped seven houses in the first year starting with nothing more than a cash advance on two credit cards, a cell phone, and a bicycle.

By the end of 2007, Wade owned 30 houses, had completed more than 100 flips, completed a 20-acre land development project, and taught his own two-day seminar over 30 times. Remarkably, he acquired his first 110 properties without qualifying for a single dollar of traditional financing.

Today, Wade is back flipping houses in the Edmonton area and eyeing certain areas in the USA to utilize a brilliant strategy referred to as a SLOW-FLIP—a hybrid seller-financing model that eliminates renovations, rental damage, and rent collection headaches.

After decades in real estate, Wade believes he’s discovered a simple, scalable solution to the biggest challenges investors face—and an opportunity in a market with endless houses and motivated buyers.
